About the platform

CTFS Creative Platform is a marketplace where creatives, from across the world, are invited to exhibit extracts from unpublished and unsold content. This is an open invitation to all talented filmmakers and creatives to showcase their creative and original content on this portal. The CTFS Creative Platform is acts as a broker between national and international buyers, producers, ad agencies and distributors interested in finding cutting-edge new talent.

Creatives
You are welcome to send us your film clips to be displayed on our site. CTFS reserves the right to select and approve material exhibited on the website. Award-winning material will receive preference but the site is open to all creatives from all genres.

1. CTFS will act as a broker between possible buyers, distributors and yourself. Your submission acknowledges and agrees that CTFS will assume the role of non-exclusive broker on your behalf.
2. CTFS will take no liability with regards to misrepresentation of copyright ownership. The full responsibility lies with yourself and you must ensure that you are the rightful copyright owner of material offered to CTFS.
3. CTFS will not assume any form of liability or responsibility whatsoever for actions that may or may not derive from exhibition of the material on the website. As a creative, you acknowledge that CTFS will not be held legally liable for incorrect copyright issues.
4. CTFS will not and cannot be held liable for any legal actions with regards to the publishing of the material. CTFS will not be held liable for any financial claim deriving from material published on the website.
5. CTFS will enter into specific negotiations with any creative if the said material attracts interest from buyers, producers, Ad Agencies or distributors.
6. CTFS is brokering relationships between creatives and producers, financiers and distributors.
