Land Use Summary


• 70% of the land is intended for Film Studio Development and Studio use.

• 30% of the land is intended for Residential, Commercial and Retail use.

• The Green areas will be kept as unspoiled wetlands, easily accessible with
boardwalks for soft recreational usage.

• The Orange areas are intended for residential usage.

• The Dark Brown areas are mixed use and would be available for Stellenbosch

• style street shops with offices on the second floor.



Phase 1 consists of:

• 4 Sound Stages, creating 7000sqm of studio filming space.
• Workshops 5600sqm (Industrial Buildings)
• Back-lot for out-door set-building
• Production Office space 1500sqm
